Refund policy
Bespoke pieces and custom made pieces are not refundable.
If you are not satisfied with any product(s) purchased from our online store, you may email us at info@bergenandrowe.com to return the product(s) within 7 days of receiving the purchase with the options to either receive a full refund excluding the shipping return cost, or to receive store credit for what you paid (excluding the shipping cost).
Please email us at info@bergenandrowe.com with the details as to why you want to return and the return can then be processed. Each piece returned must appear new and unused, in original condition and securing wrapped in the original packaging. If you do not return the product following this process, your online credit or refund may be refused or delayed.
