SHIPPING PACKAGES & COLLECTION
At Bergen & Rowe we make every effort to get your pieces to you safely and efficiently which is why we use a tracked, reliable courier service. This does come at an added cost to you as the customer. Costs are calculated per region and a physical address is required as opposed to a Postal Box. We will not be held responsible for incorrect shipping information given to us and any extra costs related will have to be paid by you as the customer.
Bergen & Rowe is an online store, and as such collection is not an option at this stage. We thank and appreciate your support and look forward to advancing to a stage where you can collect or browse in person.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Once the payment has been made, we will ship your item(s) within 2-3 days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number which will give you an expected delivery timeframe. As we use a reliable courier, you should receive your piece(s) within a reasonable time.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES OR TAXES
Once your package arrives, you are responsible for all things associated with customs, import duties and all other requirements in your region. If you are unsure what costs you may have to incur for this, please contact your local import service as we cannot be held responsible for any added payments.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We are working on offering a variety of payment options. At the moment we accept Bank Deposits/Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments. You check out as you would on any website, and we will then email you an invoice with the payment details. Once payment has been received, your order will be shipped right away.
